50-hour workweek commitment
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience
Ability to manage timelines, multitask, and lead in a fast-paced setting
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
ServSafe and TIPS certification must be obtained within 30 days
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weight without assistance
Experience overseeing staff and directing team performance
Customer-first mindset with a commitment to service excellence Must-Haves
Daily presence during high-volume “golden hours” to support operations and staff
Conduct daily pre-shift stand-ups and ensure team engagement
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively ensure satisfaction
Collaborate on forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and requisitions
Submit and follow up on maintenance requests through Synergy
Monitor and control inventory and bar procedures, including bottle counts and waste tracking Preferred Background & Skills
Previous leadership experience in hotel food & beverage operations
Background in luxury or upscale casual dining environments
Familiarity with hospitality scheduling, purchasing, and budgeting software
Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
