What You Will Do: Keep financials on track Process rental payments, maintain accurate accounting records, and assist with financial reporting. Support leasing & marketing efforts Help attract new residents and retain current ones through outstanding service and engagement. Be a resident advocate Listen to residents needs, address concerns with professionalism, and ensure a positive living experience. Manage community operations Prepare and deliver resident notices, enforce policies, and support the Property Manager as needed. Step up as a leader Take on Property Manager responsibilities in their absence and be a key player in daily operations. Ensure compliance & safety Follow Fair Housing, state, and federal regulations while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Tackle special projects Adapt to new challenges and contribute to a dynamic, growing community. Cell Phone Reimbursement: You will be provided a mobile phone allowance of $30 per month. 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days. Vacation Time: Employee will accrue 3.38 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year. 11 Paid Holidays per year. Sick Time: You will accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked with a cap of 48 hours. Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child. Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months. Compensation Details: The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in San Diego, CA is $27.00 to $29.00 per hour. Hired applicant s will also be eligible for a monthly commission based on performance indicators . The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
