In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations of residential properties, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and property maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a positive individual that possesses excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to engage effectively with tenants and vendors.

Duties And Qualifications

Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. Facilitate communication between tenants and management, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate vacancy turnover maintenance, ensuring all aspects of turn over repairs have been completed in a timely manner. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications. Must have valid Drivers License and reliable transportation Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
