Job Summary The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. This individual will help ensure projects are completed to the cultural and business standards created by Fleming. Key Responsibilities Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination Support the preparation of bid packages, contracts, and change orders Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports Help manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Assist in budget tracking and cost control measures Attend job site meetings and document minutes Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Maintain project documentation and assist with closeout procedures Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in construction project management or a related role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (Autodesk preferred.) OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
