Responsibilities

Assisting the project manager with managing profitability, staff development and positive client relations, in tandem with the superintendent Assisting the project manager with constructability reviews and problem solving Working with supervision and the PM to maintain the schedule Proactively leading our safety efforts Supervising project engineers and interns

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor Prior experience with 100+ unit ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects (including podium, garden walk-up, and other Type I developments) Understanding of the construction management process and procedures including estimating, budget control, scheduling, safety management, subcontracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs and closeout Experienced with MS Office Suite, Project Management (Procore), Estimating (Bluebeam), and Scheduling Software (MS Project)
