Job Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager will support the coordination and management of multiple projects.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Ability to direct work with all field employees when necessary.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Works directly with the project managers to help implement project goals.

· Assigns duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed.

· Oversees multiple aspects of projects and provides direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.

· Reviews, approves and manages submittals.

· Works with project leads to maintain project schedule and efficacy.

· Reviews project implementation and gathers data on project execution.

· Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.

· Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.

· Tracks and reports on project progress.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

· At least three years of related experience required.

PENNDOT experience a plus.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
