Assistant Project Manager - Grading & Site Development (Commercial) All local work - no travel required

Join a growing team focused on commercial sitework projects ranging from $500K to $15M , with a strong focus on grading from raw land to fully paved developments. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience , ideally with Agtek proficiency and a mix of field and office exposure. What You'll Do: Assist in managing site development projects from start to finish Perform site staking/layout (e.g., carbon gutters) Coordinate with commercial GCs and ensure quality and compliance Handle minor take-offs, RFI's, and change orders Support the lead PM by offsetting admin duties while learning project leadership Maintain a 50/50 office-to-field split What We're Looking For: 2+ years in grading/site development Experience with Agtek a big plus Degree preferred but not required Strong communication skills Ability to manage 1 project initially; potential to take on more Compensation & Benefits: $80K-$95K base salary (DOE) - paid weekly Company vehicle + fuel card 401(k) match Profit Sharing (~3% of gross pay annually) Discretionary annual bonus Short-term disability & $25K life insurance (company paid) Dental, vision & long-term disability available PTO Paid holidays
