About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Advisor , you'll play a vital role in leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on our Neuroscience Unit which provides care to patients with neurological conditions such as acute stroke, transient ischemic attacks, seizure disorders & epilepsy. . You'll support daily operations, foster a culture of safety and compassion, and contribute to continuous improvement across your department.

What You'll Need

Required:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current RN license in Connecticut

BSN from an accredited school of nursing

Preferred:

MSN degree

Leadership experience or relevant certifications
