Work Shift: Night (United States of America) Salary: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04 In this leadership role, you will: Assist with planning, administrative management, financial and operational duties in collaboration with department leaders. Mentor and guide professional caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care. Facilitate efficient patient access, communication, and transitions during their acute care stay. Ensure consistent, compassionate care for all patients, including those in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. Support the development and evaluation of policies and programs aligned with the hospital's mission. Provide direction and support to unit-based staff and work collaboratively with service leaders to achieve both short- and long-term goals. Education Requirements: A BSN is required; an MSN or comparable advanced degree is preferred. Must hold a current New York State Registered Nurse license.
