We are looking for a compassionate leader who can coordinate, plan, and manage administrative and operational duties, collaborating closely with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and the Assistant Vice President of Specialty Nursing Division. Your responsibilities will include: Mentoring and guiding professional caregivers to ensure outstanding patient care. Facilitating effective communication and transitions for patients throughout their acute care stay. Being a visible leader for the nursing staff, providing support and direction during your shift. Ensuring that patient care is always competent and compassionate, meeting the needs of patients, referring facilities, and hospital staff. Supporting the development and evaluation of policies, programs, and services in line with the hospital's mission and vision. Collaborating with other department leaders to accomplish both short- and long-term goals and objectives. Salary Min: $80,151 Salary Max: $132,249 EDUCATION: A BSN is required; an MSN or comparable advanced degree is preferred. Must hold a current New York State Registered Nurse license.
