Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, plan, and manage administrative, financial, and operational duties in collaboration with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Specialty Nursing Division. Mentor professional caregivers in delivering compassionate patient care. Facilitate patient access, communication, and transitions throughout their acute care journey. Provide visible leadership and support for your nursing unit during your assigned shift. Ensure consistent, competent care for all patients, including those in ambulatory and community settings. Support the development and evaluation of policies, programs, and services aligning with the hospital's mission. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve short- and long-term goals and objectives. Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Must possess a current New York State Registered Nurse license. Management experience is preferred. This position operates on the night shift at our facility located in Catskill, NY.
