Work Shift: Night (United States of America) Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04 As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in: Coordinating planning and administrative management in collaboration with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Specialty Nursing Division. Mentoring professional caregivers to deliver high-quality patient care. Facilitating patient access, communication, and seamless transitions during acute care stays. Providing visible leadership on your assigned shift and ensuring compassionate care for all patients and their families. Supporting the development and evaluation of policies, programs, and services aligned with the hospital's mission. Directing and supporting unit-based staff while collaborating with other leaders to achieve departmental goals. EDUCATION: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or comparable advanced degree is preferred. Current New York State Registered Nurse license is a must. EXPERIENCE: Management experience is preferred.
