As a key member of our ICU/CCU leadership team, you'll work alongside the Nurse Manager to ensure smooth operations, clinical excellence, and a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the Critical Care Unit (ICU/CCU) with efficiency and heart
Deliver hands-on, high-quality patient care as needed
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff-be the leader others look up to
Oversee scheduling, evaluations, and team dynamics
Maintain top-tier compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Manage audits, inventory, training coordination, and more
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Drive quality improvement initiatives with purpose and passion
Lead by example in professionalism, accountability, and clinical expertise
Additional
Required Education, Licensure, Certifications: Current RN license in South Carolina or a compact state
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum 3 years of recent ICU/critical care nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification with the American Heart Association
