Pay: Not only will you make $20.75/hour , but you'll also receive a $3.00/hour differential for weekends.

Schedule: You'll be working overnight from 8:30 PM - 4:00 AM with five days on and two off .

THE ROLE:

As our Assistant Night Shift Manager, you'll help lead our overnight property maintenance operations and ensure every team member does their job. You'll play a crucial part in our day-to-day and long-term success, making sure we meet company goals and client expectations. Every night, you'll work with our shift manager to keep your team motivated while jumping in and performing hands-on work yourself. You'll also provide on-the-job coaching as needed to keep your team productive and efficient.
