Location: Methodist HospitalShift: Full-Time Position Title: Assistant Manager Clinical Operations - Operating RoomsOverview:The Assistant Manager of Clinical Operations combines clinical expertise with contemporary leadership practices aligned with the IU Health Way to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes. This role partners with the unit Manager to develop and implement action plans focused on quality and safety improvements, care affordability, and enhancing patient and team member experiences. The incumbent leads the execution and evaluates the effectiveness of these initiatives. As a member of the interprofessional leadership team, the Assistant Manager fosters an environment where staff are empowered to achieve excellence in patient care and organizational goals.
