About The Role As an Assistant Manager, you will enhance the customer experience and foster a positive store culture by building strong relationships with both customers and associates. Your Impact Includes: Creating a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional experiences. Leading on the sales floor by modeling brand behaviors to engage customers. Inspiring and coaching associates to build meaningful customer connections. Fostering an inclusive environment where all associates feel welcomed and valued. Leveraging technology for a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Supporting the Store Manager in recruiting and developing talent. Utilizing tools and reports to drive operational excellence and financial performance. Building productive relationships through effective communication and teamwork. You Bring: At least 1 year of retail management experience (preferred). A hospitality mindset in connecting with customers and associates. Proficiency in technology and the ability to operate a point-of-sale system. Strong business acumen with the ability to implement action plans for results. An initiative to make thoughtful decisions.
