The salary for this role ranges from $47,000 to $60,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility. As an Assistant Manager, your typical responsibilities will include: Overseeing the entire restaurant operations during your shifts. Connecting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction through table visits. Upholding all safety and sanitation procedures within the restaurant. Hiring, training, and retaining talented team members. Setting an example and holding the team accountable to operational and quality standards. Creating joyful experiences for our guests! Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience is a plus. Physical ability to perform essential job duties, including standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Strong team management and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency with computer applications (MS Office, point of sale systems, inventory management systems, etc.).
