A bachelor's degree and experience is luxury watches or jewelry industry is preferred, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office.
What are we expecting from you?
The Assistant Manager, Regional Retail Operations will support regional boutiques in achieving operational excellence through compliance, inventory management, audit readiness, and team training. In addition, the role provides secondary support to Client Services by monitoring repairs, managing escalations, and safeguarding service standards. Partnering with corporate teams, the Assistant Manager drives consistency, efficiency, and the elevated client experience expected of a luxury maison. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Regional Retail Operations.
In this role, you will:
Support compliance with operational and customer service policies through training, guidance, and in-store spot checks
Deliver comprehensive training to boutique and regional staff on operational and client service policies and procedures, including compliance standards, service offer and ceremony, system usage, tools, and repair coding
Support boutique teams by providing training and coordination assistance for inventory, cycle counts & investigations. Uphold all related corporate directives.
Monitor repair activity across the region and provide support with escalations, helping to safeguard service quality and onboard new hires to uphold maison client experience standards
Support system launches, enhancements, new boutique openings, and provide on-the-ground training and rollout support
Partner closely with corporate teams-including Client Services, Merchandising, and Asset Protection-to ensure boutiques remain aligned with policies, product transfers, returns, and risk management practices
Maintain audit readiness and support boutique teams to achieve strong results in all formal audits
Share store feedback with Regional Teams to identify process improvements and recommend efficiency gains across operations
