You’ll be responsible for managing customer experiences, ensuring that our Hospitality and Total Customer Focus standards resonate throughout every aspect of our store operations, from inventory management to sales, and everything in between. Additionally, you’ll step up as a leader during the Store Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in recruiting, selecting, training, and managing performance within your team.
Play a significant role in workforce scheduling.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively.
Ensure your team adheres to Sheetz policies, procedures, and proactive programs.
Review feedback from customer service audits and surveys and implement improvements as necessary.
Maintain customer satisfaction by managing timely transactions, cleanliness standards, and exceptional hospitality.
Oversee end-of-day reconciliation tasks to ensure compliance.
Keep merchandise stocked and organized through effective product placement and pricing.
Lead profit management efforts while monitoring shrink indicators, stock audits, vendor operations, and overall retail efficiency.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
A two-year degree in a business-related field is preferred.
Must successfully complete all certification testing as required.
Experience:
At least one year of experience supervising staff in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation is highly preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
ServeSafe certification.
Any other legally required certification.
