* Performing cleaning activities such as wiping down tools, service area organization, etc. * Perform minor fixes such as filling gaps on walls, racking replacement etc. * Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues * Install new equipment * Do yard upkeep such as collecting trash, spreading pest control etc. * Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs * Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. mills, kadys, PLC) * Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. E-stops) * Collaborate with workers and other professionals during projects * Report to a maintenance supervisor or manager for issues
