As an Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of daily operations-motivating the team, ensuring great guest experiences, and helping everything run smoothly in the absence of the General Manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support team members in all areas of restaurant operations

  • Oversee food quality, order accuracy, and top-notch guest service

  • Help hire, train, and develop staff

  • Manage schedules, inventory, and basic financial reporting

  • Keep the restaurant clean, efficient, and running profitably

  • Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and company standards

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 consecutive year of experience in a quick-service restaurant

  • Minimum of 6 months in a supervisory or team leadership role

  • Valid driver's license required

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
