RAM Recruiting - Jamestown Health and Rehab, part of The Pavilion family, is looking for a solid, down-to-earth Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our nursing team. We’re a 50-bed skilled nursing facility tucked into the scenic hills of Jamestown, Ohio, where the vibe is friendly, the staff sticks around, and we actually enjoy coming to work.

What You’ll Do: Help manage the nursing department and keep things running smoothly Pitch in with care planning, audits, surveys, and day-to-day problem-solving Be a go-to for the floor staff—someone they trust, respect, and can laugh with Work with the rest of the leadership team to keep care consistent and resident-focused Help with training, infection control, and making sure our care stays top-notch

What You’ll Need: RN or LPN license in Ohio 2+ years in a leadership role (ADON, Unit Manager, or similar) Solid knowledge of long-term care rules and what good care looks like A calm head, a good sense of humor, and a team-first attitude
