Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 01:00 PMTue07:00 AM - 01:00 PMWed07:00 AM - 01:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 01:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 01:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate de-escalation techniques as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted activity. Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by site procedures. Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when necessary, following established protocols. Remain alert and prepared to respond to any security-related situation that may arise within the retail environment. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Level III Armed Certification is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Armed Guard Card or License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
