Ready to advance your architecture career in one of the most beautiful places on Earth? We're seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. You'll oversee projects from kickoff through construction, managing internal teams and external consultants while serving as the key client liaison to ensure outstanding design execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and project planning across all phases from schematic through construction administration.
- Manage project teams (35 members) and mentor junior staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clientsdriving communication, satisfaction, and on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants and monitor design/documentation progress using Revit and other industry tools.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and fee estimates aligned with project scope and firm goals.
- Present technical solutions and design strategies directly to clients and stakeholders.
- Implement and refine internal design and production processes for efficiency and quality.
- Provide subject matter expertise and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of architectural experience spanning all project phases
- Strong proficiency with Revit and architectural project management
- A collaborative and self-motivated leader with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to St. Thomas (relocation support provided)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with K12, FEMA-funded, or public sector projects
- Familiarity with Caribbean building codes, climate considerations, or cultural context (a plus but not required)
