Multiple shift options are available!2pm-10pm3pm-11pm10pm-6amTraining is typically 3 weeks and will be conducted on 1st shift.Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance PTO Duties: Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual Take messages and relay them accurately to the intended recipients Provide information to callers regarding company services, products, and policies Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate call logs Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent Prior experience operating a multi-line phone is preferred but not required Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
