Responsibilities
Lead interpretation, analytics reporting, and performance analysis for advertising campaigns.
Deliver strategic and tactical insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Create and present client-facing analyses, including calls and in-person presentations.
Execute end-to-end measurement projects and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data and measurement processes.
Contribute to the development of analytics tools and platforms.
Manage multiple reporting and analysis requests with strong project management skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing).
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, and strategy.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (., Tableau, Datorama).
Experience with omnichannel marketing, attribution, and ROI measurement.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
5+ years of experience in media and marketing analytics within an agency or consulting environment.
Familiarity with advertising technology (., ad servers, DSPs, DMPs).
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and statistical analysis.
Knowledge of project management tools (., Jira).
Proven ability to present complex analytics to executive audiences.
Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
