Licensed Pharmacist Physical Requirements This position requires intermittently sitting at a computer workstation and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); occasionally standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 pounds; and lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Also involves risk of injuries from use of equipment on the job; working in confined spaces; and exposure to blood-borne or airborne pathogens, hazardous chemicals and fumes including waste, and cuts/punctures. Shift Day shift, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with some holiday requirements. Hours and days of the week are subject to change based on the needs and growth of the department. Holiday is not currently a requirement, but always subject to change. Requires occasional on-call shifts as needed. Job Summary The Amb/Retail Telehealth Clinical Pharmacist/UKHC will support our outpatient pharmacy services. This role focuses on conducting medication management telehealth encounters to enhance access to care, optimize therapeutic outcomes, and ensure safe and effective medication use. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient-centered care and skilled in reviewing and managing complex medication regimens.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience PharmD and completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency program (or equivalent experience) preferred.
