Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with knowledgeable recommendations. • Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly to ensure timely service. • Serve food and drinks with a friendly and attentive attitude, anticipating guest' needs throughout their visit. • Handle guest payments efficiently and accurately, including processing cash, credit cards, and room charges. • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and order accuracy. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, service stations, and side work. • Adapt to serving in various hotel areas, including the poolside, and adjust service style accordingly. • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, special requests, or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. • Participate in opening and closing side work duties as directed by management. • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills. • Strong communication skills, both with guests and team members. • Ability to multitask efficiently and stay composed under pressure. • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. • Basic math skills and experience handling cash and POS systems. • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. • Team player who is willing to assist colleagues and collaborate. • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws is a plus. Compensation: $2.13 hourly plus tips
