Our client in SW Houston is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team. This is a permanent position, working in office from 8-5, with a starting pay range from $23-$25/hr. Job duties: Answer inbound calls Work closely with customers, account managers and project team members Manage project timelines/schedules and changes Prepare service / work orders and quotes Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative support Experience providing project / service support a plus, but not required Excellent communication skills, written and oral Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent customer service / presentation skills
