Full-Time Administrative Assistant – Willow Street, PA (Onsite)

Workforce Solutions partners directly with leading small to mid-sized CPA firms across the United States to connect them with top talent in the public accounting industry. We are currently working with a well-established CPA firm based in Willow Street, Pennsylvania, that is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an onsite, full-time opportunity providing critical administrative support to partners and staff.


What's the role?

As a Full-Time Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and office support to ensure smooth operations across the firm. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and providing telephone coverage

  • Supporting departments and partners with special projects

  • Performing follow-up calls with clients

  • Printing and processing tax returns

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail

  • Arranging facilities for company functions and meetings

  • Providing phone support to clients as needed

  • Performing general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office organization


What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

  • Strong grammar and attention to detail

  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to exercise good judgment and manage competing priorities

  • Basic IT troubleshooting experience is a plus

What will my schedule look like?
  • Full-time, onsite in Willow Street, PA

  • Minimum 37.5 hours per week

  • Standard 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday
