Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls; respond to general inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Manage visitor sign-in/out procedures and issue badges in accordance with safety protocols. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; coordinate outgoing shipments. People Services / HR Support Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and setting up workstations. Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication. Maintain and update personnel files in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements. Enter and maintain employee data in HR systems and spreadsheets. Assist with timekeeping data collection and coordination for temporary or contract employees. Help prepare internal communications, newsletters, and employee recognition materials. Support planning and coordination of employee events and engagement activities. General Administrative Support Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents. Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed. Provide administrative assistance for meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and note-taking. Assist other departments with administrative projects as assigned. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in business, HR, or office administration preferred. 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or HR support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills. High level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
