Administrative Assistant Nelson + Pope is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to work in our Melville, New York office for an immediate start. Responsibilities/Top Skills/Qualifications: Perform general office support duties: document preparation/printing/binding, construction bid documents, state/fed-aid paperwork, scheduling, preparation of digital files. Provide administrative support to partners, project managers and staff. Assist in project coordination, schedule management, and project tracking. Review and edit documents and reports for format and readability. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint software is beneficial. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong writing and copy editorial skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software products is beneficial.
