Our client is a well-established and fast-growing real estate investment and development firm known for its collaborative culture, commitment to excellence, and high-performing team. With a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, they pride themselves on delivering quality service to both tenants and investors alike. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to their team and ensure the seamless operation of day-to-day business functions. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to executives, property managers, and the operations team Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate internal and external communications Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism Assist with document management, including lease agreements, contracts, and investor materials Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems Support onboarding processes for new vendors, clients, or tenants Help with planning and coordinating property tours, meetings, and corporate events Liaise with vendors, contractors, and tenants as needed Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally within real estate, property management, or a professional services environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or property management software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
