Renn Kirby Mitsubishi is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment and can provide outstanding support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to dealership management and staff
Answer and direct phone calls, greet customers, and handle inquiries in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
Process and prepare correspondence, documents, and reports
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and other organizational tasks
Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Support various dealership departments as needed
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office experience preferred (automotive dealership experience a plus)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
