Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Dispatch Office team. This Part-Time hybrid role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple departments. Remote work is offered with in-office presence required two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email

  • Provide administrative support to customer service and internal teams

  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

  • Assist with scheduling, project tracking, and departmental support

  • Organize and maintain office files and records

  • Uphold a positive and proactive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience (or equivalent)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service

  • Professional references required

Schedule:

  • Full-time

  • Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

  • Hybrid: Remote work with 2 required in-office days weekly at our Spring Hill, TN or Brentwood, TN office.
