Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. Seasons is now seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to work as a member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. ACT is an innovative, evidence-based outpatient treatment for adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). The ACT Mental Health Therapist will provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support service as part of a community-based, multidisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals. They'll apply trauma-informed, evidence-based practices and interventions, and help clients achieve or regaining maximum levels of functioning.
Salary Range
$48,000-$58,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)
Requirements Must have an active Iowa license OR be eligible to acquire one (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT preferred) This position requires travel, so a valid driver's license is required Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
