As a Retail Media Account Manager II, you'll ensure compliant, customer-focused campaign execution on more complex accounts, provide analytics / reporting, and nurture account relationships to grow our client base. Management / Project Management: Serves as post-sale quarterback and main point of contact; orchestrates execution of retail media campaigns with suppliers, agencies, internal and external partners Collaborates with crew counterparts across Sales, Media Planning, and Activation to support campaign goals and objectives; provides exceptional client service Coordinates / executes campaign communication, administration; focuses on more complex requirements, creative, reporting, and billing Implements data-driven initiatives that increase ad revenue (e.g., cross- and up-sale opportunities in new formats, across all media) Develops / maintains collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance & Accounting, Legal, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Analytics, Site Ops) to ensure seamless campaign execution and follow-through; conducts comprehensive QA Assists in developing / delivering project plans and business requirement documents that ensure successful and compliant campaign execution Ensures campaign execution and creative strategy adhere to standards and align with sales agreements Sets expectations for / resolves client requests within standard service level agreements and agreed-upon timeframes Follows up with clients, account execs throughout campaign lifecycle to ensure repetitive, reliable customer service; provides milestone updates, follow-up reporting; nurtures client relationships to grow retention rates Compiles / analyzes more complex campaign reporting metrics; identifies key insights, learnings to help illustrate campaign success Manages billing and timely payments Applies expertise in retail media, brand guidelines; educates on best practices Stays current on trends and competition; develops / implements online competitive analysis as needed Collaborates on strategic projects; may serve as lead on select initiatives What is your background? A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience 5+ years of related experience in account management, digital advertising, ad operations, or media planning Experience in project management Do you have what it takes to be a fit as a Retail Media Account Manager II at H-E-B?
