What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new brand accounts—small businesses in Home, Apparel, and Beauty (with potential to expand to other consumer goods) through trade shows, in-person meetings, video calls, and creative engagement tactics.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists, conduct outreach campaigns, and drive volume sales of Retail Media products.
  • Develop realistic pipelines, convert leads, create opportunities in Salesforce CRM, and move prospects through the sales cycle to activate them on the platform.
  • Use tools such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (or similar) to maximize conversion rates.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders—Account Strategy, Marketing, Legal, Technical, Campaign Managers, and Product Specialists—to support client success.
  • Apply knowledge of the AdTech landscape and multi‑product sales to deliver compelling solutions.

  • Strong in discovery, sales models, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Proficient in maintaining up‑to‑date records in CRM and relevant trackers.
  • Excellent multitasker who respects internal and external deadlines.
