Lead Operator Job Details 2ndshift | 3:15 pm – 1:45 am | $19.00 Temp to hire Work is located in Shelbyville, KY Lead Operator Job Duties Leads, coaches, and provides effective feedback. Oversees and coordinates aspects of the production area workflow ( people, products, and materials) to meet the Master Schedule requirements. Coordinates work assignments within the production department that include training, technical support, and/or process/troubleshooting support. Works with internal resources to resolve problems. Ensures adherence to department policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and environmental health and safety requirements. Provides input into procedures as required. Contributes to associate evaluations. Facilitates and leads group meetings. Interfaces and coordinates with support departments. Assists employees in resolving conflicts. Must be flexible with work schedule. Responsible for the paperwork to start up and shut down their line or area Assign labor based on labor standards, operator qualifications, and machine scheduling priorities Coordinate break schedules and assist with machine operation during breaks Track Machine Operator attendance and manage PTO requests Calculate scrap totals and record them Communicate production/quality issues with the department managers About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies so they can build rewarding careers and strong organizations together.
