Overview: In-person Philadelphia Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full-Time Shift: Anywhere from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Pay Range: $37 - $42 Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities: Manage the care of a 1:1 student with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, trach/vent, G-tube) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents Maintain accurate and confidential health record Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)

Qualifications: PA State nursing license Must be okay with trachs CPR/BLS certification Current negative TB result
